The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has released the datesheet for the remaining 10th and 12th examinations. The examinations will be held between July 1 and July 15. Along with the release of the datesheet, CBSE has also said that the family should ensure that their child is not ill. 

Candidates have to follow the rules of social distancing. Apart from this, students must wear masks and bring their sanitizer to the examination center. The board has released the 12th datesheet for students of both the All India and North East Delhi categories. In North East Delhi, many students of class 12 could not take the exam, so the exam will be held again for them.

Students who have appeared for the exam do not have to re-sit the exam. The board has released the 10th datesheet separately for the students of North East Delhi. In the datasheet, students can check which paper is on which day. 

CBSE has fixed the schedule of pending exam keeping in mind the dates of JEE Main and NEET Exam. The JEE Main Examination will start from July 18 to July 23. At the same time, the Medical Entrance Examination NEET UG 2020 will be held on 26 July 2020.

If we talk about the CBSE 12th papers that will have to be given to students from all over India, then their home science paper on July 1, Hindi Elective / Hindi core paper on July 2, Information Practice (OLD) / Information Practice (New) / Information Technology / Computer Science New and Old paper will be on 7 July, Business Studies 9 July, Biotechnology 10 July, Geography 11 July, Socialology will be on 13 July. 

In the datesheet, the paper next to which All India is written, will have to be given to all the students of CBSE 12th (also North East Delhi). While the paper next to which North East Delhi is written, that paper will be organized only for the area of ​​North Delhi. Students who could not take the exam earlier will sit in it.


'10th examinations for North East Delhi students will start from July 1. On July 1, there will be a social science exam from 10:30 am. On July 2, there will be a science theory examination and a science test without practicals. On July 10, Hindi Course A and Course B and on July 15 English Communicative and English Language exams will be taken.
Some exams of 12th will also be held in North East Delhi. These include Physics on 3 July, Accountancy on 4 July, Chemistry on 6 July, English Elective N on 8 July, English Elective C and English Core Exams.

CBSE made these rules for appearing in the exam-
1. All students must carry their own hand sanitizer in a transparent bottle.
2. All students must cover their nose and mouth with a mask or cloth.
3. All students must follow the rules of physical distancing.
4. Parents will have to tell their children what precautions they should take to prevent the corona virus from spreading.
5. Parents must ensure that their child does not become ill.
6. Students must strictly follow all the instructions while taking the exam.
7. Students have to follow all the instructions written in the admit card.
8. The duration of the examination will be written in the datesheet and admit card.
9. Answerbooks will be distributed between 10.00 am to 10.15 am.
10. Question papers will be distributed at 10.15 am.
11. There will be a time of 15 minutes to read the paper. From 10.15 am to 10.30 am, students will have to read the question paper.
12. Students will start writing answers to questions from 10.30 am.

HRD Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank has also congratulated the students by tweeting the datesheet of the remaining examinations of class 10th and 12th.


Datesheet for 10th North East Delhi



It was earlier scheduled to be released on Saturday but was postponed due to some reasons. The remaining examinations of CBSE 10th 12th are to be held between July 1 to July 15 (CBSE 10th 12th Exam Dates 2020).

Exams of 29 subjects - We will tell you that due to the lockdown, examinations of 83 subjects of 10th and 12th had to be postponed in between. After which CBSE had decided that out of these, examinations will be conducted for 29 core subjects only. These are the papers which are very important for promotion to the next class and for taking admission in graduate courses.

These papers of CBSE 12th will be -


CBSE Board 12th Students Business Studies, Geography, Hindi Elective, Hindi Core, Home Science, Sociology, Computer Science (OLD), Computer Science (New), Information Practice (OLD) Information Practice (New), Information Technology and Biotechnology subjects Tests are pending.

Not only in the whole country, only North East Delhi will have CBSE 10th exam


Due to the riots in North East Delhi, the 10th examination was not held at some centers. In such a situation, only those students will not be able to take the exam for 10th standard due to violence in North East Delhi. In North East Delhi, the students of class 10th will now have to take the exam of these 6 subjects Hindi Core A, Hindi Core B, English Common, English Language and Literature, Science, Social Science.

The exam for these subjects of 12th will also be repeated in North East Delhi.


English Elective - New, English Elective Core, English Core, Maths, Economics, Biology, Political Science, History, Physics, Accountancy, Chemistry.

What will happen to the remaining 54 subjects?


Out of the remaining 83 subjects, only 29 core subjects will be taken. Now the question is, what will happen to the remaining 54 subjects which will not be tested? So his answer is that the remaining subjects will be evaluated by grading in the examination.
